Reasons I would rather watch movies at home

1. I don't have to sit in a dark room with a bunch of strangers who talk, smell, kick the back of my seat, hog the arm rest, spill crap up hill of me, and are fat and sitting next to me an entering my personal space
   
2. I control the volume
3. I can pause the movie whenever I want
4. I can use the rest room and miss nothing
5. I can get up and get food and miss nothing (not overpriced crap)
   
6. Alcohol is served in my movie theater
7. I control the air temperature
8. It is a lot cheaper
9. My dog can watch it at my side
10. I can usually skip the coming previews
11. It starts when I want it to start
12. I can talk when I want (at the theater some people still do this)
13. The couch is much more comfortable
14. I can put my feet up
15. I can wear limited clothing
16. If I fall asleep I can watch it later
17. I have much more space to put stuff down other than the lone cup holder

I feel like I am missing something, so I reserve the right to amend this list.

I'm Back

I really have been neglecting the blog. Shame on me. So much good stuff and so much irritating stuff. Just not enough time to write about it. This time the good stuff. Alex is now one. He had been taking like five steps at a time. Then on his birthday, he walked about ten steps. Now he is walking all over the place. I made a child and he now walks. Simply amazing. New ball game. No walking pics but we do have the video of course.

The other night the moon, Venus and Jupiter had the closest conjunction for like the next 60 years. Went out and snapped some pics before the marine layer rolled in. The bright one is Venus because it is much closer, but much smaller than Jupiter. Click on the pic and it looks much better.
